A<\/span>t the beginning of dynamic meditation, a wave of qi came from His Holiness the Jongdosanim to the practitioners.<\/p>\n

I usually get pain in my chest. In the middle of meditation and I suddenly burst into tears thinking, \u201cI have been working hard for my family and my success, but I never had an ardent passion for saving people.\u201d<\/p>\n

I felt sorry for myself who had been practicing Jeung San Do for 10 years without having any loving heart to save people. So I cried. I beat my chest in repentance and prayed. \u201cPlease increase my capacity. Make me a man with a compassionate heart. Don\u2019t let me be strained by a gnat and please make me a better man.\u201d The first session of dynamic meditation ended that way.<\/p>\n

In the second session, I tapped my stomach and my shoulders in pain. Suddenly my spiritual eyes opened. I saw a seed on the ground which looked like a ground cherry. I was in a quiet place where there were strings of ropes all over the place. Behind the scene, the sun was rising. I still don\u2019t know what it meant.<\/p>\n
