W<\/span>hen dynamic meditation started, my hands unconsciously moved up over my head to tap the crown chakra. I felt some qi in my palms over the head which seems like recharging the qi through my hands. When the left hand was charged, I tapped my crown chakra and a few minutes later, the right hand followed. I continued to tap the area between my eyebrows and repeated it 10 times.<\/p>\n

I kept practicing dynamic meditation with such feeling that I am listening to the sound of waterfall in my mind. Then, I saw something like cool water drops condensed with strong qi (energy). It looked like lumps of twinkling lights such as fireflies. It shone brightly then I felt it coming into my head through the crown chakra. I received qi energy while spinning my head continuously
