The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation experienced during a Chiseong in Busan on August 26th, 2015.

W<\/span>hen I was immersed in the sounds of jee-gee-geum-jee-wun-we-dae-gang during dynamic meditation, a scene suddenly appeared in front of my eyes. I wet my finger tips in the ink placed in a bowl beside me and continued drawing something on a big white sheet of paper, as if I was trying to express something. I was a mess. I had ink all over on my face and my clothes and then I noticed a white beard so I held my head up.<\/p>\n

I saw an old man with a long beard reaching down to his belly giving me a big smile saying, \u201cWow, nice job!\u201d It was a heart-warming message that allowed me to feel what it was like to receive complete love. I felt like whatever I did he was there watching over me. That smile was a warmth that I have never felt before.<\/p>\n

I was sincerely sorry that I childishly prayed, \u201cPlease don\u2019t reveal yourselves,\u201d when I meditate because I was scared. After dynamic meditation I realized that everybody in this universe is receiving such complete love. So I made a promise to Pogamnim that I will bow for gratitude and repentance for myself and my ancestors.<\/p>\n

During the Taeeulju Mantra dynamic meditation I felt heat around me but I was dancing like I was under soft water and I softly tapped my body. It felt like I alone was in a different world. During the Taeeulju Mantra dynamic meditation, I thought of the phrase \u201cconquering all disease\u201d and felt that my body\u2019s pain and mental stress were being softly eased.<\/p>\n

When it was done, I felt extremely refreshed, which made me keep on smiling. From now on, I will work hard to repay the blessings of heaven earth\u2019s creation-transformation of dynamic meditation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
