As told by Seong-wol Kim (52\/F)<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-top: 20px\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;font-weight: bold\">I<\/span> visited Taeeulgung Palace a couple of years ago to practice dynamic meditation. Days before that occasion, I had injured my arm while riding a bicycle and could not raise it. Surprisingly, however, I was able to dance and move my arm freely while practicing dynamic meditation.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I felt the same energy I had felt on that earlier occasion. I pressed my hands together in the direction of the altar and said a prayer of gratitude. Although I have not seen any extraordinary visions, I receive powerful energy throughout my whole body every time I practice dynamic meditation. At such times, I find myself offering prayers of gratitude without consciously deciding to do so.<\/p>\n<p>I had learned that my grandmother was a follower of Bocheongyo; today, she joined me in dancing, which made my dynamic meditation all the more enjoyable.
