As Told By Kim, Myeong-ok(58\/F)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em> (Translated by Park, Joon-Seok and Stuart Smallwood)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;font-weight: bold\">A<\/span>s soon as the dynamic meditation stared, I soon began to immerse myself into the drum beats.<\/p>\n<p>Suddenly, a blue circle of light showed up to me and swirled into the pit of my stomach. As I experienced cool refreshing qi around the epigastric area, I concentrate more on meditation and then, the energy rose upward. A few minutes later, it rose up to the top of my head, which made me refreshed.<\/p>\n<p>As I felt my crown being opened, I experienced oneness with heaven and earth. Even after the dynamic meditation, the energy still remained, leaving me renewed and refreshed.
