As Told By Geun-nung Jo(26\/M)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em> (Translated by Taeyeon Kim)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px;font-weight: bold\">W<\/span>hen I chanted \u2018jigi geumji weonwi daegang \u2019 as a mantra of dynamic meditation, my eyesight became bright, my hands spun lightly, and my head swayed. When I chanted \u2018myeongdeok kwaneum pal-eum pal-yang\u2019, my whole body swayed and my hands and arms were excitedly spinning in a figure-8 shape. During the day\u2019s dynamic meditation, I could perceive an egg-shaped mass of qi. I clung tightly to it so as not to lose it and put it into my pocket. After that, I did the same thing twice more.<\/p>\n<p>When I chanted \u2018jigi geumji weonwi daegang \u2019, qi fell down from the sky like snow. I leveled a small patch of dirt with my hand, planted seeds, poured in some qi, pressed tightly, and covered it up. When I chanted \u2018myeongdeok kwaneum pal-eum pal-yang\u2019, a small cross became visible and it spun, condensing strong qi around it. Later, I hung it around my neck like a necklace.
