The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation during His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s visit to Dojangs around the country.
\nAs told by Jeong, Ho-tae (51\/M)<\/strong><\/em>
\n(translated by Taeyeon Kim and Stuart Smallwood)<\/em><\/p>\n

I<\/span> did dynamic meditation many times in a Dojang, but I didn’t have a chance to complete the whole session due to my job. I usually join dynamic meditation in the middle of practice. But today, I joined the dynamic meditation from the beginning.<\/p>\n

In the beginning, thunder and lightning came from the right side of my head. Though many people were meditating while chanting mantras, their voices were low and the only thing I could hear properly was a big load drum sound.<\/p>\n

Suddenly, I began to shed tears. Though my face was all covered with tears, I did not stop. Tears continued to fall until the dynamic meditation was over.<\/p>\n

I sensed an invisible force from heaven pressing against my body. I realized, \u2018People, who are unprepared, will not receive the qi of dynamic meditation. A person of small caliber can not receive great qi. So far, I am not ready yet. People should also do many things to prepare. The great qi of dynamic meditation is only given to those who are ready.\u2019<\/p>\n

I know that our dao practitioners offer clear water every morning and evening with devoted meditation for 21 days and 49 days. I have been meditating every single day without exception since the 1st of January, 2015. That was the reason why I could feel this great qi of dynamic meditation, though I was not ready to receive it completely. So, it seems that those were my tears of repentance.
