The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation during His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s visit to Dojangs around the country.
\nAs told by Kim, Ju-ri (27\/F)<\/strong><\/em>
\n(translated by Taeyeon Kim and Stuart Smallwood)<\/em><\/p>\n

I<\/span> had a bit of an unusual experience today while receiving the qi of dynamic meditation. Four minutes after I started dynamic meditation, I began to sway my body softly, chanting mantras and patting the affected areas of my body naturally. I felt quite comfortable while I gently swayed like a seaweed under the sea.<\/p>\n

After enjoying such comfortable swaying, I felt great qi coming from the shrine (altar). The qi seemed to arrive with a swooshing sound. I automatically stood up and shook my arms like I was holding spears in both hands as I shout, “Aza, Aza.” The qi kept surging like waves from the right side of the altar.<\/p>\n

Suddenly, a man who looked like an army general was shouting “receive! receive!”. Then came a rush of strong qi. I saw the image of a powerful man as the source of the qi.<\/p>\n

“OK. let\u2019s give it a try! Though the task is hard I will do my best.” I think I received a lot of positive qi that gives strength and self-confidence. Thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
