The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation during His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s visit to Dojangs around the country.
\nAs told by Kim, Mi-suk (56\/F)<\/strong><\/em>
\n(translated by\u00a0Junseok Park\u00a0and Stuart Smallwood)<\/em><\/p>\n

W<\/span>hen \u2018the chiseong for overcoming national crisis\u2019 started, I felt a murky qi in heaven. But when the chiseong was finished and His Holiness the Jongdosanim took a seat, the dark energy was purified.<\/p>\n

As He began to chant the mantra of dynamic meditation, I saw a vision. Scores of younger practitioners fully clothed in dao uniforms came in, sitting across on the floor next to Him.<\/p>\n

Then the qi of the cosmos transformed itself into a pure bright ocean color. I came up with an idea that I should receive the qi energy in oder to heal my body. Then, the energy flowed into my body and it alleviated pain in my back.<\/p>\n

I completely empty my mind when I am doing dynamic meditation. I believe this is the reason why I experience a lot.<\/p>\n

I’m very grateful for His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s efforts to lead us to a more active dynamic meditation. I have yet to return His favor because of my lack of sincerity. This year I will dedicate myself to spreading Sangjenim’s teachings and save a lot of people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
