To make matters worse, cramping abdominal pain and a gastric ulcer caused by congenital problems forced me to be hospitalized once a year.<\/p>\n<p>During the first session of dynamic meditation, tapping the posterior side of my head for a long time brought me fatigue. I really wanted to stop but my hands were raised and kept on tapping the same place automatically. Suddenly the pain went away.<\/p>\n<p>During the second session, I tapped my legs intentionally because I had suffered from insomnia due to restless legs syndrome. This time the pain became aggravated so I had to stop.<\/p>\n<p>During the third session, I had an upset stomach. In no time, my hands were tapping my belly spontaneously. Suddenly I could feel a palpable mass and pain. When His Holiness the Jongdosanim mentioned that 1 minute was left, I sought to break the pain by tapping it harder.
