Read more »I used to be so healthy that I didn’t need a single medical checkup in a year. However, one day I began to feel ill and I thought it was just because I stayed out too long in the cold. On July 5th, I ran a fever followed by a severe headache and an upset stomach. I was in severe pain the whole night.
The excruciating pain lasted for two days. It was so bad that I couldn’t go to work and I was eventually rushed to the emergency room at St. Vincent’s Hospital in the evening of July 7th.
