As dynamic meditation started, I could see the jade colored light shining upon the dojang. Then the light transformed into a jade colored fist-size wish-fulfilling jewel and lined up beside His Holiness the Jongdosanim.
The wish-fulfilling jewel had a beautiful blue color that can not be seen in this world. Then I heard a voice saying “each one shall take their share according to their effort and sincerity.”

I have been farming for forty-five years. People say that I am a workaholic who doesn’t know how to rest. I didn’t look after my health, so now I am always in pain. I had disc surgery ten years ago, and my fingers are gnarled with arthritis, especially in my right hand.

I visited Taeeulgung Palace a couple of years ago to practice dynamic meditation. Days before that occasion, I had injured my arm while riding a bicycle and could not raise it. Surprisingly, however, I was able to dance and move my arm freely while practicing dynamic meditation.
