Read more »When I chanted ‘jigi geumji weonwi daegang ’ as a mantra of dynamic meditation, my eyesight became bright, my hands spun lightly, and my head swayed. When I chanted ‘myeongdeok kwaneum pal-eum pal-yang’, my whole body swayed and my hands and arms were excitedly spinning in a figure-8 shape. During the day’s dynamic meditation, I could perceive an egg-shaped mass of qi. I clung tightly to it so as not to lose it and put it into my pocket. After that, I did the same thing twice more.
