The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation during a Grand Chiseong in Taejeon. As Told By Geun-nung Jo(26/M)

When I chanted ‘jigi geumji weonwi daegang ’ as a mantra of dynamic meditation, my eyesight became bright, my hands spun lightly, and my head swayed. When I chanted ‘myeongdeok kwaneum pal-eum pal-yang’, my whole body swayed and my hands and arms were excitedly spinning in a figure-8 shape. During the day’s dynamic meditation, I could perceive an egg-shaped mass of qi. I clung tightly to it so as not to lose it and put it into my pocket. After that, I did the same thing twice more.

When I chanted ‘jigi geumji weonwi daegang ’, qi fell down from the sky like snow. I leveled a small patch of dirt with my hand, planted seeds, poured in some qi, pressed tightly, and covered it up. When I chanted ‘myeongdeok kwaneum pal-eum pal-yang’, a small cross became visible and it spun, condensing strong qi around it. Later, I hung it around my neck like a necklace. Thanks!
