As soon as the dynamic meditation stared, I soon began to immerse myself into the drum beats.

Suddenly, a blue circle of light showed up to me and swirled into the pit of my stomach. As I experienced cool refreshing qi around the epigastric area, I concentrate more on meditation and then, the energy rose upward. A few minutes later, it rose up to the top of my head, which made me refreshed.

Rainbow-coloured pollen was floating up into the sky. The sky was dark and cloudy at first. But it soon became clear and arrays of rounded white light began to rain down on the disciples.

The qi of the cosmos transformed itself into a pure bright ocean color. I came up with an idea that I should receive the qi energy in oder to heal my body. Then, the energy flowed into my body and it alleviated pain in my back.
