The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation during a Chiseong on July 1st, 2015. As Told By Kim, Myeong-ok(58/F)

As soon as the dynamic meditation stared, I soon began to immerse myself into the drum beats.

Suddenly, a blue circle of light showed up to me and swirled into the pit of my stomach. As I experienced cool refreshing qi around the epigastric area, I concentrate more on meditation and then, the energy rose upward. A few minutes later, it rose up to the top of my head, which made me refreshed.

As I felt my crown being opened, I experienced oneness with heaven and earth. Even after the dynamic meditation, the energy still remained, leaving me renewed and refreshed. I would like to give appreciation to His Holiness the Jongdosanim.
