I got all the blessings of dynamic meditation to cure my back from a broken disc and a twisted hip

I have herniated discs on my neck and waist for a long time. Although it did not affect the way I live, I suffer occasional pains.
A year ago, the disc on my waist suddenly burst out and I was hospitalized for a month to undergo traction therapy. I wanted to return to work as soon as possible so the doctor injected a long, thin needle into my waist to detach the disc pressing against my nerves. It helps me recover and I was able to return to work.
A month passed, my back started aching again. It was almost impossible for me to go out or move around. Because of severe pain, I considered having surgery, but my parents suggested, “Since you are on leave right now, let’s do intensive meditation instead of going to the hospital.”
So my mother, father, uncle, brothers, sisters, and I meditated together. They also prayed for my recovery, bowed on my behalf. Suhosanim Lim, Sung-ho, who is also an oriental medicine doctor, treated me with herbs and acupuncture.
My condition did not improve after three weeks. As soon as I felt well, the pain would return. The pain was so severe that I was unable to walk or sit properly. Again, I considered surgery. But after four weeks of meditation, the symptoms got better. I could sit a bit longer and even walk for a short distance, but the pain still remained.
By that time, I attended the Busan Regional Gunlyeong which was conducted by His Holiness the Jongdosanim.
After the lecture from His Holiness the Taesang Jongdosanim, my back pain became worse to the point that I could not sit down anymore. I moved to a female resident room to lie down for a bit. A few minutes later, I return to the sacred shrine to attend the lecture and dynamic meditation. Since there was no space left, I sat down near the corner of the entrance.
At first, I consoled myself by saying, “Yes, I will get all the blessings of dynamic meditation to cure my back today.” I tried to move around as much as I can but the space was too narrow for dynamic meditation so I did it weakly.
But gradually, I was overwhelmed by the thought ‘I shouldn’t be acting this way’. I stood up and started to tap here and there all over my body, eventually moving to my waist. Using my entire body, I practiced dynamic meditation as if I was dancing.
The disc in my lower back was broken so my hip bone was twisted while part of my tail bone felt stiff as a board. So it was unimaginable for me to walk with my back straight, spin my waist, and jump. I moved my body as if I was dancing used some yoga postures.
Eventually, I managed to jump up and down. I kept jumping with my hands stretched toward the sky and continued tapping my body, dancing like a ballet dancer.
My entire body felt warm that I started to sweat. I almost lost my mind practicing dynamic meditation. Suddenly, I felt a gentle breeze blowing on my back and tailbone (but it was not as cold as you would expect from the air-conditioner behind me). It was such a cool pleasant feeling. My stiff waist and hips felt more relaxed and that feeling persisted until the end of dynamic meditation.
After meditation, the pain in my waist and hips disappeared. In the past, I couldn’t imagine my back rocking back and forth. Now I am able to sit and move my back without experiencing any pain. It is really amazing.
I shared my experience to show my gratitude to His Holiness the Jongdosanim, who honored us with his visit to Busan and bestowed the great Qi of dynamic meditation.
