The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation experienced during a Chiseong on September 7th, 2015. As Told By Gi-young Go (26/M)

During today’s dynamic meditation, starting with repentance, I received the boundlessly bright energy of the creation-transformation of heaven and earth’s resplendence. I performed the dynamic meditation of driving out the darkness inside and outside of me and became one with the other practitioners, sharing my energy with them.

Doing dynamic meditation while chanting the Taeeulju Mantra and ‘jee-gee-geum-jee-wun-we-dae-gang’, I spread my arms up to receive the energy coming down above my head and my body tilted back and I continued doing dynamic meditation while lying down. I was chanting dynamic meditation mantras and as I turned both of my arms in circles, a bright energy spread out upon me. I felt the energy of fire from the top of my head, down through my neck, chest, stomach, and back, to my lower body. I felt energy coming horizontally and vertically from all four directions. I felt so comfortable and happy to be receiving all that energy while lying down. I stood up later for dynamic meditation and my body felt so light that it could fly, so I jumped up and down and I swung my arms up and down. The fire energy vertically travelled from the top of my head down to heat my body and I saw my surroundings as if they were shining in white light. The energy was bright and powerful and I wanted to share this energy with the ones that I truly want to save, so like a cheerleader cheering for the home team, I shook both of my arms and my hands and danced with all of my body.

Towards the end, when we were doing the Taeeulju Mantra and the ‘jee-gee-geum-jee-wun-we-dae-gang’, I stood up and directed the dynamic meditation toward myself. I concentrated on the sound of the mantra chanting and I tapped the area of pain the energy lead to. My lungs hurt as if stuck with pins and needles and I coughed for a while until I found balance again. A few days ago I felt cold energy in my body, and I was going through the early stages of the flu, such as a runny and stuffy nose and a headache, but today all of that was completely gone. Prior to today, I had experienced being naturally cured from the early stages of the flu and sore throat I’d had for several weeks. The results of today were also amazing.
