The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation experienced during a Chiseong on October, 2014. As Told By Oh-yeon Jeong (45/F)

After about half an hour of dynamic meditation, I saw an immortal in white standing next to His Holiness the Taesang Jongdosanim and Jongdosanim.
Then, for a couple of seconds, there came into sight, dressed in a military uniform, a man as tall as an immortal. Energy then descended into me, and I was so overwhelmed by the heat inside my body that I could not rise from my seat. As a matter of fact, I had begun my dynamic meditation with a prayer to Sangjenim to grant me strong energy so that I might possess unyielding spirit; and while practicing dynamic meditation, I repeatedly stood up and sat down.

I have undertaken twenty-one days of devotion and have been offering sweet rice drink at my dojang. I have been practicing early morning meditation with other members of the dojang, and tomorrow is the twenty-first day.

❀ Jongdosanim:
What you have sown during your twenty-one days of devotion, you have now reaped through dynamic meditation. Dynamic meditation utterly demands the most absolute of devotion.
