The following is an account of the blessings of dynamic meditation during His Holiness the Jongdosanim’s visit to Dojangs around the country.

I did my dynamic meditation while keeping the words of Sabunim in my heart; “You will receive the whole qi of heaven only when your mind is sincere during dynamic meditation practice. If you have a single stray thought inside your head, it won’t work.”
Whenever my mind strays away during dynamic meditation, I go on reminding myself about maintaining a ‘true mind’, the true mind with which I can receive the qi from Heavenly God.

At some point, a pillar with a diameter of about 20 centimeters filled with Taeeulju Mantra characters suddenly came to my chest from heaven. I felt thankful at that moment and shouted out the Taeeulju Mantra unconsciously.

It happened so suddenly but the experience was so intense and that is the reason why I decided to share it. Boeun.
