I was surprised to hear the sound of dynamic meditation, which was much louder and magnificent than I ever imagined. I realized that this is dynamic meditation.

At some point, a pillar with a diameter of about 20 centimeters filled with Taeeulju Mantra characters suddenly came to my chest from heaven. I felt thankful at that moment and shouted out the Taeeulju Mantra unconsciously.

When dynamic meditation started, my hands unconsciously moved up over my head to tap the crown chakra. I felt some qi in my palms over the head which seems like recharging the qi through my hands. When the left hand was charged, I tapped my crown chakra and a few minutes later, the right hand followed. I continued to tap the area between my eyebrows and repeated it 10 times.
